Wolfgang Rodolfo Wender («Wender Arts»), operating in Mexico City, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data. For security reasons no physical address is published; the means to contact us and exercise your rights is the email address and the contact form indicated in this notice.

For the purposes of this Notice, we may collect: name, email address, phone number and the information you voluntarily include in your message through the contact form. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary):

  • To respond to your requests for information, quotes and contact.
  • To prepare and follow up on proposals for design and photography services.
  • To establish communication for the provision of the contracted services.

Secondary purposes (optional):

  • To send you information about new services or projects.

If you do not wish your data to be processed for the secondary purposes, you may let us know at any time through the channels indicated in this Notice.

4. Data transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except for the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. The technology providers that assist us (for example, site hosting and form processing) act as processors and handle the data solely in accordance with our instructions.

You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, as well as to Oppose its processing (ARCO rights) and to revoke the consent you have granted.

To exercise them, send your request through our contact form or to the email info@wenderarts.com, indicating: (i) your name and the means to receive a reply; (ii) the documents that prove your identity; (iii) a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time frames set by the LFPDPPP.
